Welcome to Love Link Travels. By booking any tour, transportation, hotel, or travel-related service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from Love Link Travels.
The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Policy
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, online payment, or other approved payment methods.
Any applicable taxes or government charges shall be paid by the customer.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, hotel retention charges, transportation charges, and any non-refundable booking fees.
During peak season, holidays, or special events, cancellation charges may be higher.
Refund processing may take 7–15 business days after approval.
4. Changes to Bookings
Any request for changes in travel dates, hotel, vehicle, or itinerary is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Love Link Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and any permits required for travel.
International travelers must carry valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
6. Hotel & Accommodation
Hotel check-in and check-out timings are governed by the respective hotel policies.
Hotel categories are based on the standards provided by the respective properties.
In unavoidable circumstances, a similar category hotel may be provided.
7. Transportation
Vehicle type will be provided according to the confirmed package.
Air conditioning may not operate continuously in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
Guests are expected to follow the driver's instructions for safety and compliance with local regulations.
8. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
Respect local laws, customs, and traditions.
Maintain proper conduct throughout the journey.
Take care of personal belongings.
Pay for any damages caused to hotel property or vehicles.
9. Limitation of Liability
Love Link Travels acts as an intermediary between guests and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, airlines, and other vendors. We shall not be held responsible for:
Flight or train delays or cancellations.
Natural disasters, landslides, snowfall, floods, or adverse weather conditions.
Government restrictions or curfews.
Political disturbances, strikes, riots, or acts of terrorism.
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Personal injury, illness, or accidents occurring during the tour.
10. Force Majeure
Love Link Travels shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, war, epidemics, government regulations, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
11. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, government regulations, or supplier charges.
Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless additional services are requested.
12. Complaints
Any concerns during the trip should be reported immediately to our team so that reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue during the journey.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
